FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS, YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO EATING NUTRITIOUS FOOD MOST OF THE TIME, AND FINDING OUT WHAT FOOD PORTIONS ARE BEST FOR YOUR BODY SO YOU CAN LEARN TO STOP EATING BEFORE YOU GET FULL.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY MUST BECOME A NATURAL AND REGULAR PART OF YOUR DAY. STRESS MUST BE SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED THROUGH PRAYER, MEDITATION, RELAXATION TIME, CREATIVE OUTLETS, AND
THE LOVING COMRODERY AND SUPPORT
OF OTHER CHRISTIANS.
